"Flare Pouch" is the only expansion currently available on BGG Marketplace which includes 6 item cards.
Normandy and Neptune are both map packs and, as far as I know, aren't ever planned to be released on BGG Marketplace.
I think you're confusing the Marketplace and the Geek Store. The Geek Store has the Flare Pouch, and various other promos for other games. The Marketplace is where users can sell items.
