The game exists, even if only in prototype form. She released the rulebook. A game doesn't even have to actually exist to be included in the BGG database -- see the Print 'n' Play categories. (A BGG entry certainly doesn't require mass production.)
So no matter what happens in the future -- barring a substantial change in policy -- I'd expect this entry to remain.
