Just played out first time with the variant and enjoyed it much. We did much better than in the past, scoring 29 points. It was challenging, with more options trying to decide which hand to give a clue to. At the same time the increased number of cards made it seem more doable.

I agree, there is no problem. It was the comments that the game was preferable with more players that made me think about this option.
