But with initiative cards only the order matters. It's not important exactly which space they're in, and they don't even really need spaces on the board in the first place.
If the chapter end marker goes past page 9, how are you supposed to differentiate between page 10, page 11, and page 12? I suppose you could loop back around to page 1, but I just think it would add needless confusion if officially ruled that way. You are of course free to house-rule it however you would like.
